The UP Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development through the CSWCD is on the process of fulfilling its research entitled STFAP and Social Protection: Recommendations for Streamlining and Expansion.
Their research will employ both qualitative and quantitative methods. They’ve done preliminary documents review of the STFAP process and also have interviewed Prof. Richard Philip Gonzalo of the OSSS.
Now, they are to conduct four group discussions with students from different STFAP brackets in selected colleges in UP Diliman. Now that venue arrangements were made, all students who are free are encouraged to join the focused group discussion to be held on February 8, 1 to 5:30 pm at the Seminar Room.
Students’ concerns will largely be the topic. Findings of the study will likely help UP’s administration with the said issue.
